Moroccan YouTuber Couple Sentenced to 2 Years for ’Indecent’ Content

Prosecuted by the court of first instance of Témara, for indecency, the YouTuber Fatiha and her husband were finally sentenced on Wednesday to two years in prison.
Fatiha and her husband were arrested on October 7 for "dissemination and promotion of digital content that undermines morals and public morality."
According to the investigators, the YouTuber would have "deliberately" filmed "indecent scenes" at her home and would have proceeded to their dissemination on the YouTube platform.
Informed, the public prosecutor decided to prosecute them for "public indecency, bad example for their children, and incitement to commit an offense." On Wednesday, the verdict was handed down: Fatiha and her husband were sentenced to two years in prison.
