Moroccan Victim Seeks Justice After Brutal Racist Attack at Valencia Nightclub

The young Moroccan who had been the victim in March of a violent racist assault by the security guards of a nightclub in Valencia, Spain, and who had left both physical and moral sequelae, is demanding justice.
The facts date back to March 6, when a punitive expedition took place in a nightclub in Valencia. The accused would have violently expelled the young Moroccan from the VIP room, before beating him savagely, thus fracturing his nose. They then threw him to the ground, kicking him, and then dragged him towards the exit, leaving the young man in serious condition.
To top it off, one of the security guards tore off the victim’s VIP access bracelet, trying to erase any trace of his presence in the establishment.
The indictment reveals that the security guards insulted the Moroccan as a "dirty Arab", even going so far as to make death threats. The victim came out with a fractured nasal bones and abrasions to the neck and wrist.
The Moroccan’s lawyers are demanding 5 years in prison and compensation of 3,000 euros for the bodily injuries and 8,000 euros for the moral damages suffered by the victim. The nightclub’s insurers are held directly responsible, while the company that manages the premises is designated as the subsidiary civil party.
