Moroccan Travelers Face COVID Risk in Crowded Airport Shuttle at Malaga

As the third wave of the coronavirus epidemic rages in Spain, Moroccan passengers found themselves cramped in a shuttle at Malaga international airport last Friday.
To board a flight to Morocco, around a hundred Moroccan travelers had to take a tarmac bus, which did not allow for social distancing. The overcrowding forced them to remain tightly packed together throughout the journey.
Mistreated, the passengers described a shuttle filled to the brim, with the only barrier measure being the mandatory wearing of masks. Transporting a hundred travelers in such deplorable conditions is pure discrimination, the passengers indignantly protest.
More than 61,000 deaths have been recorded in Spain since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. In Andalusia, Covid-19 is raging with 432,000 cases and nearly 7,000 deaths, making it the third most affected region in Spain, after Madrid and Catalonia.
