Moroccan Teen Arrested in Barcelona for Attempted Murder in Granada Park Stabbing

The police arrested in Barcelona a 19-year-old Moroccan migrant, accused of attempted murder on a Moroccan of the same age in a park in Granada last December.
The accused would have stabbed his compatriot very close to the heart in a park located on the banks of the Genil river. Alerted, the agents went to the scene and found the victim, seriously injured, to whom they tried to provide first aid before the arrival of the ambulance which transferred him to the hospital. The 19-year-old man was immediately admitted to the emergency room for a surgical operation, reports Ok Diario.

The aggressor fled and the bladed weapon used to commit the attempted murder was not found at the scene. After taking statements from the victim and several witnesses, the judicial police of Granada finally located and arrested the aggressor on March 13 in Barcelona. He was then brought before the competent judge who ordered his detention.
