Dominican Man Arrested in Madrid for Drug Gang Murder Plot Against Moroccan Rival

The Civil Guard arrested this Thursday in Madrid a 21-year-old Dominican man for his alleged link to a drug trafficking network that tried to kill a Moroccan, a member of another network.
The Dominican was arrested as part of an operation carried out by the Criminal Investigation Group of the Civil Guard of Tarragona, in collaboration with the Madrid Information Directorate. He would be linked to the drug trafficking network dismantled in Salou (Tarragona). Thirteen people were arrested, including three minors used as "soldiers" to execute the victims. The network was planning the murder of a Moroccan as part of a settling of scores, according to Nius.
The agents carried out two searches, which allowed the seizure of several firearms including a pistol and several bladed weapons. The suspects are being held in police custody, pending their appearance before the judge. They are accused of belonging to a criminal organization, illegal possession of weapons, attempted murder and crimes against public health.
