Moroccan Surgeons Perform Groundbreaking Double Knee Replacement on Nigerian Patient

This complex surgical intervention was masterfully carried out over 4 hours by a medical staff composed of specialists in orthopedic and trauma surgery, doctors and nurses specialized in anesthesia and resuscitation. The patient is a 68-year-old Nigerian woman who chose to trust the competence of Moroccan doctors.

Professor Mahmoud Bedda, a specialist in trauma-orthopedics who supervised this operation, indicated that the medical technique called the "mini-invasive subvastus" approach was used.
