Moroccan Striker Hamdallah Retires from International Soccer Amid Team Controversy

The "Abderrazak Hamdallah" saga is turning ridiculous. The player has just announced the end of his international career, which means he will no longer play for the Moroccan national team.
It is on his Instagram account that Hamdallah decided to make this announcement. "I have decided to end my international career," wrote the player who currently plays in the Saudi league with the Ennasr club.
Hamdallah has probably not appreciated that Vahid Halilhodzic did not call him up for the national team’s next official matches. The coach had estimated, a few weeks ago, that his behavior justified his refusal to call him up.
Last June, while the Atlas Lions were in full preparation for the Africa Cup of Nations, the player had claimed a back pain to leave the training camp. He had, a few hours later, posted a video showing him training in a gym.
