Moroccan Striker Hamdallah Shrugs Off National Team Snub, Focuses on Club Career

Moroccan international, Abderrazak Hamdallah did not take long to react to his non-selection for the Atlas Lions’ preparation camp. On his Instagram account, the Al Nasr striker confirmed the statements of the technical staff and announced his current priority.
While many supporters were expecting apologies from Abderrazak Hamdallah, he remained true to himself. On his Instagram account, the Moroccan player posted a photo in which he displays a broad smile with the caption: "Be happy," accompanied by two hearts, one yellow and the other blue. Abderrazak Hamdallah’s priority is no longer a call-up from coach Vahid Hallilhodzic, but rather his Saudi club.
To recall, Moroccan coach Hallilhodzic announced on Thursday in a press conference the reasons for his non-selection. According to him, the top scorer of the Saudi championship in 2019 simply declined the offer after a phone call from the national team assistant coach, Mustapha Hadji.
