Morocco’s Hamdallah Set for World Cup Return After Surprise Call-Up

Abderrazak Hamdallah will be among the Moroccan players called up to take part in the World Cup in Qatar, according to the Saudi press.
Is Abderrazak Hamdallah back in the good graces of the Atlas Lions? This is what the sports journalist Majid Hod revealed in a tweet, writing that the 31-year-old striker, who plays for Ittihad, has already received a call-up from coach Walid Regragui to join the national team’s training camp on November 13.
The information is widely reported in the Saudi press, which would have relied on the player’s current presence in Morocco.
For now, no official information has yet been leaked. The Moroccan coach will announce his final World Cup squad on November 14.
