Moroccan Striker El Arabi Returns to National Team for Africa Cup Qualifiers

Youssef El Arabi will be part of the Atlas Lions who will play the matches as part of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) qualifiers. The player is already on the extended list of the coach, Vahid Halilhodzic.
Long absent, Youssef El Arabi will join the Moroccan team for the matches as part of the 2021 CAN qualifiers, reports Hespress.
In this sense, he could play the first match that will oppose Morocco to Mauritania, on November 15, at the Moulay Abdellah Complex in Rabat.
The choice made on the Franco-Moroccan by the coach could be justified by the good performances of the player in the Champions League. To his credit, 4 goals scored for his team in the Greek championship and an assist during the Champions League.
After the departure of the former coach, Hervé Renard, this is the first time that Youssef El Arabi will wear the Atlas Lions jersey.
Included in Group 5, Morocco will face Mauritania, the Central African Republic and Burundi, for the qualifications for the 2021 CAN.
