Moroccan Star Youssef El Arabi Leads Greek Super League Scoring Charts with Hat-Trick

The Moroccan international, Youssef El Arabi, was elected, on Sunday, January 12, top scorer of the Greek Championship, with 13 goals to his name.
The Moroccan player, Youssef El Arabi, scored a hat-trick on Sunday with his club. This fine performance allowed Olympiacos to win a convincing victory (4-0) over the Lamia team and consolidate its position as leader at the end of the 18th round of the Greek Championship.
The three goals of the Atlas Lion were scored in the 40th, 51st and 81st minutes. The fourth goal of the victory was ensured by the French player, Mathieu Valbuena, in the 69th minute of the competition thanks to a penalty.
With this hat-trick, Youssef El-Arabi, 32, tops the scorers’ list of the Greek championship with 13 goals and is far ahead of his challengers. The Moroccan player has also scored 9 goals in 6 Super League matches. He has also scored 3 goals in the Champions League group stage (against Bayern Munich, Tottenham, then Crvena Zvezda Belgrade).
