Moroccan Star Sofiane Boufal Returns to Angers SCO After 4-Month Injury Layoff
Moroccan international Sofiane Boufal could make his first appearance this Sunday in the match between SCO Angers and AJ Auxerre. The Moroccan player had been absent from the group since April 20 due to an injury.
After four months of absence, Sofiane Boufal is making his return to the club. His name is even on the list of Angers SCO players who will face AJ Auxerre this Sunday, August 14 at 2pm. But according to the French media, being in the group does not mean he will start the match on the field.
Four months ago, the Atlas Lion had injured his hamstrings during a match against PSG. The seriousness of his injury required surgery, which kept him away from the pitches for many months.
