Moroccan Star Ezzalzouli Nets Brace as Osasuna Edges Elche in La Liga Clash

Abdessamad Ezzalzouli is in great form this season and is thriving at Osasuna. On Saturday, the Moroccan striker scored a brace against Elche (2-1) in La Liga.
Abdessamad Ezzalzouli was the driving force behind Osasuna’s victory over Elche (2-1) on Saturday at the El Sadar stadium in Pamplona (Navarre). With his two goals in the 71st and 84th minutes, the Moroccan striker gave his team the advantage in a rather difficult match against Elche, who are bottom of the La Liga table.
"The second goal was... I don’t think I’ll do it again, but it was a great goal. Others will come. Next year, only God knows," said Abde Ezzalzouli in an interview with DAZN. And regarding his famous celebration of the second goal: "Hakimi and Munir, my teammates on the Moroccan national team, asked me to do it if I scored goals. The phone thing is for a friend."
Osasuna’s last home goal at the El Sadar stadium before this match was also scored by the Moroccan, against Athletic Club (1-0) in the Copa del Rey on March 1.
