Moroccan-Spanish Real Estate Developer Found Murdered in Mohammedia

A young real estate developer, around thirty years old, was found dead in front of his house in Mohammedia. An investigation has been opened to elucidate this murder.
According to Assabah, the victim, originally from Beni Mellal, would be an MRE from Spain who returned to Morocco to create a real estate agency in Marrakech, a city in which he is known to have already carried out "several major projects". His body was found in front of a luxurious villa in Mohammedia, near the Manesmane beach, where he was enjoying his vacation, the daily newspaper specifies.
The autopsy revealed that the young entrepreneur was stabbed to death. The judicial police services have opened an investigation to determine the circumstances of this murder and identify the perpetrators. At this stage, the investigators favor the trail of a settling of scores, especially since the perpetrators of this murder did not take any valuable objects inside the villa.
The first elements of the investigation indicate that the real estate developer would have been attacked by an individual after a drunken evening with friends in his villa. He would have tried to flee before collapsing on the doorstep. He was found at this location by a passer-by who alerted the police. Before giving up the ghost, he would have exchanged a few words with this foreigner.
When they arrived on the scene, the police services noted the absence of electricity in the villa. By checking the installations, they discovered that the power had been deliberately cut off, probably by the criminals, to disable the surveillance cameras in order to operate without being identified. The investigation is ongoing.
