Moroccan Soccer Star Faces Travel Ban and Legal Action Over Airport Security Dispute
The Moroccan international, Abderrazak Hamdallah, under threat of appearing before a judge, is prohibited from leaving Saudi territory, due to the insults he made against the security officer at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
According to the Saudi website, Arriyadiah, the Al-Nassr player, accompanied by his wife, opposed her passage through the body scanner control.
As she was pregnant, Hamdallah felt that the millimeter waves of the scanner posed a danger to the health of his wife and unborn child, the same source specifies.
According to the same media, the security officer decided to file a complaint. Latest news, the leaders of Al-Nassr are multiplying contacts with the security officer’s family in order to convince them to withdraw the complaint.
