It is an unusual atmosphere that was observed on Monday within the players of Ittihad Tanger. They simply refused to train to protest against the non-payment of their salaries for several months.
The players are not the only ones to cry out their frustration at the start of the season. The administrative officials denounce the delays in the payment of their salaries for nearly four months. The strikers claim, they say, to continue the movement until their demand is met.
As is the case for many football clubs in Morocco and around the world, IRT is going through a serious financial crisis and to top it off, some sponsors have even terminated their contract.
