Moroccan Royal Hotel’s Cuisine Comes to French Alps Resort

The Grande Table marocaine, the flagship restaurant of the Royal Mansour Marrakech hotel, led by the multi-starred chef Hélène Darroze, and owned by King Mohammed VI, will set up in the kitchens of the Alpes les Airelles Courchevel palace in Savoy, to offer iconic Moroccan recipes.
The iconic Alpes les Airelles Courchevel palace is offering its clientele the opportunity to savor Moroccan dishes. An experience to live from January 8 to 16, 2024. At the helm, the Grande Table marocaine of the Royal Mansour Marrakech, which will set up in the palace’s kitchens. This restaurant "will offer typical Moroccan dishes. Royal pastilla, lobster in tagine, lamb shoulder in mechoui, Zagora medjool dates, Taliouine saffron orange salad... A true immersion at the heart of the country," says BFMTV.
Guests will also have the opportunity to taste a five-course menu, called Rihla (to be translated as journey in Arabic), with a selection of signature dishes. "Moroccan culinary art will dialogue with the Savoyard spirit in the framework of this gastronomic experience that brings an exotic breath to the prestigious ski resort," notes the publication.
