Moroccan Pop Star Saad Lamjarred Supports Singer Dounia Batma After Court Appeal Rejection

Dounia Batma, who denied any relationship with the "Hamza Mon Bb" account, has the support of her compatriot, Moroccan pop star Saâd Lamjarred. The Moroccan singer has had her appeal rejected by the Court of Cassation.
"My sister Dounia, may God lighten your burden, soothe your mind and strengthen your faith," writes Saad Lamjarred in the caption of a photo of the Moroccan singer posted on his Instagram story. Dounia Batma appreciated this gesture of solidarity expressed by her compatriot. "Amen, my dear brother, and may God protect you from the evil of the envious," she commented.
Following the rejection of her appeal by the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation in Rabat, the Moroccan singer, in a live on her Instagram account, asked for the pardon of King Mohammed VI. She also claimed to have been the target of a plot aimed at ending her artistic career, but also of an "assassination attempt" after her car was hit by a stone near a bridge near Kenitra. She also assured that her ex-husband Mohamed Turk was involved in the plot against her, accusing him of having divulged her secrets and acting in exchange for money.
In a live on TikTok, Al-Turk responded to the accusations of his ex-wife. According to him, those who divulged Dounia’s secrets are her relatives and entourage, including her sister’s husband Ibtissam. "We all know we’re playing a role... stop playing comedy for Moroccans and making up stories and involving people who have nothing to do with it... everyone knows you," he added, also accusing his ex-wife of lacking benevolence towards her entourage.
