Moroccan Police Arrest Three in Martil for Alleged Human Trafficking Ring

Three individuals, aged 21 to 37, were arrested in Martil for their alleged involvement with a criminal network active in illegal migration and human trafficking.
The operation, carried out at the suspects’ homes, and in collaboration with the elements of the provincial police station of Martil, made it possible to seize a hunting rifle, 184 cartridges, bladed weapons (swords), a motorcycle and a sum of money acquired through illegal immigration, indicates, Friday, a press release from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
The same source specifies that the operations of pointing the accused in the database of individuals wanted by justice, revealed that one of the accused was the subject of a national search warrant for a case of fraud.
For the needs of the investigation, the defendants were placed in custody.
