Moroccan Passport Ranks 80th Globally in 2019 Travel Freedom Index

Morocco ranks 80th in the ranking of the most powerful passports in the world for the fourth quarter of 2019, according to the 2019 "Passport Index" Report by the Henley & Partners firm.
The Kingdom was ranked 80th ex-aequo in the 2019 "Passport Index" Report of the most powerful passports in the world, ahead of Algeria (91st), Egypt (92nd) and behind Tunisia (71st). Morocco thus maintains its 2nd place in North Africa.
As for Pakistan (104th), Syria (105th), Iraq (106th) and Afghanistan (107th), their respective passports are the weakest in the world, according to the Report.
The "Henley passport index" provides a ranking of passports according to the number of countries they provide access to without a prior visa. The ranking is based on data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), to which the research of the same firm is added.
