As a sign of solidarity with his fellow citizens, the artistic director of the singer Maître Gims, Youssef Aarab, is contributing 500,000 dirhams to the fund set up to mitigate the economic consequences of the coronavirus.
Moroccan residing abroad, Youssef Aarab is originally from Tizi Noucheg in the Ourika Valley. Like him, several active members of the Moroccan community abroad continue to contribute to the Special Fund for the Management of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
On Friday, former Moroccan international Abdeslam Ouaddou announced his intention to donate one million dirhams to this fund launched by King Mohammed VI.
