Moroccan Minister Reveals COVID-19 Treatment Details After European Trip Infection

Recalling that his general health condition is "stable" and "that there are no worrying symptoms", the minister confides that he suffered from "headaches and fatigue without the appearance of any symptoms of fever and respiratory distress".

Once informed of his case, the Minister of Equipment says he took all the necessary precautions to prevent the infection from spreading to his entourage at home, specifying that the infection has fortunately not been transmitted to his wife and son, still present at his bedside.

As for the type of precautions, the minister, during this television interview, indicates that he, for example, keeps his distance from his family members, does not sleep in the same room as them, and does not use the same kitchen utensils. He also stresses the importance of hand hygiene.

After a week of treatment with a medication available on the market, the minister announces that his headaches have disappeared except for the fatigue. This does not prevent him from carrying out his duties from his home, he added.

However, the minister states that he took this medication for only 10 days and that his recovery will only be validated after another two weeks of quarantine and after the results of his new tests. The member of the government did not fail to confide that he has learned a lot from this vast campaign of solidarity from his fellow ministers, parliamentarians, and even all citizens, whether by telephone, via social networks or voice messages.
