Moroccan Migrants Caught in Rigged Van at Ceuta Border Crossing

Moroccan illegal immigrants, almost clever, have just been arrested in Ceuta after trying to cross the border in a van rigged in such a way that one could pass from one side when the agents were searching the other. They just forgot the sound of the "secret" door slamming...
El Faro de Ceuta describes the scene experienced by the agents in charge of inspecting the vehicle this Monday: "When they inspected the rear, they found nothing abnormal, but when they came to do the same thing at the front, they noticed that, in the partition panel between the hold and the cab, a hidden door had been slammed".
And the cat was out of the bag. The game of hide and seek was over. In any case, three illegal immigrants, all three Moroccans, were arrested.
The driver of the vehicle and a person accompanying him were also arrested, accused of violating the rights of foreigners. They were fined 1800 euros.
And the border security agents will have to consider new van inspection procedures. Who knows how many times it worked before that noise was noticed, exposing this new tactic for illegally emigrating to Spain or elsewhere.
