Moroccan Midfielder Selim Amallah Set to Leave Standard Liège Amid Interest from European Clubs

Pushed towards the exit, Moroccan international Selim Amallah would like to leave Standard de Liège. The management has finally given its approval for his departure.
According to Le Soir, the leaders of the Liège club no longer count on the Moroccan midfielder for next season. Moreover, the player had himself repeatedly expressed his desire to leave the club, as he was little used.
According to the newspaper’s information, Anderlecht was interested in his profile, but Amallah had broken off negotiations following the player’s wish to discover another championship.
For a few weeks now, three other clubs, namely Valladolid, back in La Liga, Lille, and FC Bruges, have shown real interest in the player, who is looking to relaunch himself before the World Cup scheduled for November in Qatar.
