Moroccan Man Dies After Wild Boar Collision on Motorcycle in Taroudant Province

A young man died in a clinic in the city of Agadir, after being attacked by a boar in Tataoute, in the province of Taroudant.
While driving a motorcycle, a young man was hit by a boar and fell. He came out with "serious" injuries in different parts of his body. He will then be admitted to the Taroudant hospital, but his health condition will require his transfer to a private clinic in Agadir. Nearly a month after the attack, he succumbs to his injuries.
Moroccans’ complaints about the invasion of boars have multiplied in recent years. Recently, residents alerted the authorities after spotting boars wandering between houses and on the public road on Moulay Rachid Avenue, on the road to Sefrou, in the Saïs district of Fez. A joint commission arrived on site to evacuate them. In Fez, boar incursions have been multiplying in recent times.
