Caught in the act of not respecting confinement, Iyehanidou Maelainine, sister of deputy Amina Maelainine, was placed in custody in Tiznit on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
The accused was arrested in the Youssoufia district of Tiznit for violating the confinement, reports barlamane.com. She had not worn a mask and had moved without the derogatory travel permit.
Arrested, the accused would have, according to the same source, addressed insulting remarks to the police and auxiliary forces who fined her. For this offense, she faces the same penalties as those provided for offenses to the exceptional system: one to three months in prison and a fine of 1,300 dirhams.
