Moroccan Lamb Couscous Wows Judges on Spanish ’MasterChef’

Moroccan culinary art is in the spotlight in Spain. It was celebrated during the "MasterChef Spain" show, broadcast on Monday evening on "TVE1", the Spanish public channel.
During this cooking competition, Moroccan gastronomy was the only African and Arab one among the ten selected.
The jury, composed of chefs Jordi Cruz, Samantha Vallejo-Nagera and Pepe Rodriguez, invited the candidates to present a lamb-based dish, specific to each country.
As for the culinary specialty proposed by Morocco, the lamb couscous dish with vegetables was appreciated for its diversity. This specialty received the congratulations of the jury, seduced by its originality.
It should be remembered that the Masterchef Spain show is followed by more than 3 million viewers, or nearly 22% of the audience. A pure television delight!
