Moroccan Islamist Leader Arrested: Adultery and Human Trafficking Allegations Surface

On October 31, 2022, the judicial police elements of Meknès arrested Mohamed Baâssou, the head of the Al Adl Wal Ihsane association for the Fès-Meknès region, in flagrante delicto of adultery. They caught him in the act with a divorced woman, in his car in a secluded area, in the Toulale district.
