Moroccan Goalkeeper Yassine Bounou Wins La Liga’s Zamora Trophy, Valued at €15 Million

Yassine Bounou has just won the Zamora prize in La Liga. The Moroccan goalkeeper of Sevilla FC has had good performances this season and his current value is 15 million euros.
Yassine Bounou is one of the most important players on the Sevilla FC team. The 31-year-old Moroccan goalkeeper has had a very good season and is the winner of the Zamora trophy in La Liga this year, becoming the first Sevilla goalkeeper to receive this distinction. According to Transfermarkt, his current value is 15 million euros, but Sevilla would not let him go for less than 30 million euros.
Bounou’s performances this season have attracted the attention of several major European clubs such as Atlético de Madrid, Inter Milan or Tottenham who would be ready to secure his services for next season. For now, Sevilla is not considering parting with this key player in their squad.
After the Zamora prize, Bounou’s next big goal this year is to have a good performance at the World Cup in Qatar with the Moroccan national team. Morocco is in Group F with Croatia, Belgium and Canada, Bounou’s country of birth. A very difficult group, according to some analysts, but the Moroccan team’s goal is to reach at least the round of 16.
