Moroccan Goalkeeper Bounou Scores Last-Minute Equalizer for Sevilla in La Liga Thriller

FC Sevilla owes a debt of gratitude to Moroccan international Yassine Bounou, whose goal scored in the last minute, during the match against Real Vallaloid, allows the Andalusian club to remain in the race.
The Andalusian club saw red at the José Zorilla stadium. Julien Lopetegui’s protégés should have won against Real Vallaloid for the 28th matchday of La Liga. But unfortunately they were already trailing since the 44th minute of play with a score of (1-0) by a penalty converted into a goal by Fabian Orellana.
Although dominant in terms of possession, the FC Sevilla players had very few chances capable of leading to an equalizer. Disappointed but revived by the hope that as long as the referee has not whistled the end of the match, the miracle remains within reach, the Sevillans gave it their all, until the last seconds of the match, where on a corner, Yassine Bounou, the goalkeeper of the Atlas Lions, snatches the draw (1-1).
