Moroccan Fuel Prices Drop as Global Oil Costs Decline

In Morocco, the retail prices of various fuels fell on Saturday, July 30 at some distributors.
New drop in fuel prices this July. The price of diesel is now 14.89 DH at Afriquia stations in Casablanca, a drop of 64 cents compared to July 16, while that of gasoline has fallen by 1.18 DH to 15.43 DH per liter.
The drop in international oil prices over the past two weeks is behind this drop in pump prices. Brent crude from the North Sea traded at $104 on Saturday. As for the American West Texas Intermediate (WTI) barrel, it traded at $98.30.
Unlike Afriquia, the other fuel suppliers in Casablanca have maintained the prices. But they should all align in the coming days.
