Moroccan-French Athlete Sets Ambitious 2021 Cycling Challenge from Auxerre to Dubai

The runner of Moroccan origin from Auxerre, Abder El Badaoui has taken on two new challenges that he intends to take up in 2021.
"The first one will be Auxerre-Paris-Dubai starting March 3, with a departure in front of the Auxerre town hall. From the Eiffel Tower to the Burj Khalifa tower," says the runner from Auxerre. This time, Abderrazzak will do this race by bike. He explains this choice by a desire for change.
In 2019, he had covered 2,500 km from Auxerre to Bzou, his hometown. Next year, the Moroccan athlete’s wish is to connect his adopted city to the one where he was born. "I’m going to do the return Bzou-Auxerre! I’ll have to finish the game: I’m only at halftime!" he laughs. "I plan to start on July 30, but it all depends on the recovery from the first challenge," he adds.
"I listen a lot to my body, I’ve always run on feelings all my life. If I feel that it can go, I go; if I feel that I lack a little rest, I will postpone it by a month or two," adds the athlete. Meanwhile, it’s time for preparation and training.
