Ultra-Runner Attempts 307km Auxerre-Dijon Round Trip in 4-Day Challenge

Four days to cover 307 kilometers running, from Auxerre to Dijon and back. This is the new challenge that Abder El Badaoui, the runner from Auxerre, has set himself.
"It’s to test the legs a bit after my bike fall just after the deconfinement.... change a bit of air after the confinement...", says the runner who, last year, had already done 2,500 km on foot in a month, from Auxerre to Bzou (Morocco).
In his journey, he will be accompanied by Michel Naudot, his faithful follower on a bicycle.
On Saturday, August 1, they will start from Auxerre. They will spend the night in Semur-en-Auxois (Côte-d’Or), after 81.8 km of running. On Sunday, they will make the journey from Semur-en-Auxois to Dijon, over 71.7 km via the D905, then sleep in the Cité des Ducs, before resuming, on Monday, the return journey. After a night in Semur, he will return to Auxerre on Tuesday, August 4.
