Moroccan Football Referee Abdelaziz Lemsallek Dies at 57 After Cancer Battle

Moroccan football has just lost one of its active members. It is the Moroccan referee Abdelaziz Lemsallek who died on Monday, April 4, from cancer.
Abdelaziz Lemsallek died on Monday in a clinic in Rabat. According to his relatives, he had been suffering from cancer for many years. The news was also announced on the website of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.
"The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) conveys, on behalf of its president Fouzi Lekjaa as well as the entire FRMF Board of Directors, its condolences to the family of the late referee Abdelaziz Lemsallek. The FRMF also extends its sincere condolences to the deceased’s loved ones following this disappearance."
