Moroccan Farmer Faces Trial for Brutal Donkey Mutilation, Sparks Outrage

Animal rights organizations and associations in Morocco have announced that legal action will be taken against this farmer so that he is held accountable for his actions.

An association has also stated that it should also seize the government to request a revision of the legal and regulatory framework relating to the protection of animals. This initiative aims to toughen the criminal penalties against persons found guilty of animal abuse.
