Moroccan AI Expert Develops Tool to Predict COVID-19 Severity

Moroccan Anasse Bari, professor at New York University, also a laureate of Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, has created an artificial intelligence tool that will help better understand the evolution of covid-19.
The professor and a research team from New York University have achieved this feat. The tool is mainly focused on predictive analysis. It will allow to signal the clinical severity of people infected with the coronavirus.
Similarly, the tool will be very useful for doctors who will be able to easily determine the patients who really need beds and those who can be allowed to return home. This tool from Professor Anasse Bari will soon give rise to a partnership between Al Akhawayn University and New York University, for its use in Morocco.
