Italian University Challenges Moroccan Minister’s Academic Credentials

The sudden change made to the curriculum vitae of Nezha Louafi, Minister Delegate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Moroccans Living Abroad, has raised more than one question about the motives behind this decision.
The title of assistant professor at the University of Alessandra in Italy no longer appears in the minister’s biography, which has only retained that of "Member of the group of researchers and experts on integration and immigration at the university".
According to the site rue20, the minister would have received correspondence from the university, summoning her to remove the false title, knowing, it is claimed, that she had never worked as a professor at the University of Alessandra.
Similarly, for a graduate of the Sorbonne, Nezha Louafi had raised doubts about her university degrees and her mastery of Molière’s language, during the third session of the winter university of young Moroccans living abroad, held in Ifrane.
