Moroccan Entrepreneur Jailed for Alleged Death Threats Against Iraqi Billionaire

A Moroccan entrepreneur, who appeared before the investigating judge at the Court of Appeal in Rabat at the end of the week, was placed in pre-trial detention in the Laarjat prison. The accused is being prosecuted for death threats against an Iraqi businessman.
The Iraqi billionaire is at the end of his rope. In front of the investigators, the man said he had been the victim, for several months, of verbal violence and death threats from a Moroccan entrepreneur, reports the daily Assabah.
The Iraqi national finally filed a complaint with the Attorney General. He was in possession of a video recording of a dispute in which the suspect threatened him with a firearm. The scene took place in a commercial complex in Rabat.
Head of a road surfacing company, the aggressor was already known to the Rabat police. He had been arrested for drunk driving.
