Moroccan-Dutch Fusion: Patta and Andy Wahloo Launch Cultural Streetwear Collection

Patta and Andy Wahloo, two distinct brands with unique styles, have joined forces to offer a new collection. This collaboration is the result of a meeting between two cultures, between Morocco and the Netherlands, between streetwear and traditional Moroccan elements. The common values shared by the two brands are community, heritage and urban culture.
The lifestyle brand Andy Wahloo was created by Moroccan visual artist Hassan Hajjaj. The name of the brand, which means "I have nothing" in darija, reflects the spirit of freedom and creativity that animates this brand, we read in a press release. Hassan Hajjaj’s colorful and vibrant work highlights cultural diversity and reflects the lively streets of Morocco, his country of origin. His unique photos of people posing in front of decorated backdrops are easily recognizable.
For its part, Patta has long had a relationship with Moroccan culture. The city of Amsterdam, where the brand was born, is a place where Surinamese and Moroccan influences blend harmoniously. This collaboration between Patta and Andy Wahloo serves as a bridge between cultures, allowing for better understanding and connection between the two.
The Patta x Andy Wahloo capsule collection includes a variety of unique pieces, such as a green boxy hoodie with a script logo, a black Khamsa Hand t-shirt, a green script logo t-shirt, a full-length black hoodie, a reversible bomber jacket, a green logo sweatpants and a black shoulder bag.
