Moroccan Crown Prince Attends Chirac Funeral, Meets Macron at Élysée Palace

On the sidelines of the funeral of former President Jacques Chirac, the President of the French Republic and his wife welcomed, yesterday, on the steps of the Elysée Palace the Heir Prince Moulay El Hassan.
On this occasion, he took part in the luncheon offered by Emmanuel Macron in honor of Heads of State and Government.
The Heir Prince was accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Nasser Bourita.
The visit of Moulay El Hassan to France is part of his participation in the funeral of the former President of the French Republic, Jacques Chirac who died on Thursday, September 26. The Heir Prince went to represent his father, King Mohammed VI, who is ill.
