Moroccan Couscous Giant Dari Couspate Expands into European Market with Belgian Acquisition

Dari Couspate, the Moroccan leader in couscous and pasta, is expanding its activities in the European market, announcing the acquisition of a couscous production unit in Belgium.
This new acquisition is part of the company’s new international development strategy, the Group said in a press release published on the website of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC), stating that it opens the way to new complementary growth prospects to the company’s export activity.
In Belgium, the group’s activities will be carried out by Dari Foods International, Dari Couspate’s new Belgian subsidiary. The new production unit will start up in the 4th quarter of 2022, the same source specifies.
