Moroccan Defender Achraf Dari’s Stade Brestois Debut Delayed by Visa Issues

Achraf Dari (23 years old), who signed with Stade Brestois, has still not joined the French club. The former central defender of Wydad Casablanca is waiting for his visa, which should be available in a few days, to fly to France to undergo his medical examination.
Stade Brestois is multiplying the preparation matches for the next season without its new recruit, Achraf Dari. The Moroccan international is still blocked in Morocco due to a visa problem, reports Foot Mercato.
"It’s a problem that should have been resolved a long time ago. We are waiting and hoping that he will be there at the beginning of next week," said Michel Der Zakarian, the coach of the French club, on Saturday after the match against EA Guingamp (0-2).
Achraf Dari’s transfer brought Stade Brestois 2.7 million euros including bonuses. He will be under contract with the French club until June 2026.
