Moroccan Contestant Withdraws from ’The Voice Kids’ Due to Health Restrictions

Expected at the Battles stage of The Voice Kids on Saturday, September 17, 2022, the Moroccan Zineb was conspicuous by her absence.
The adventure ends for the Moroccan Zineb who had performed "One and only", an Adele cult song during her blind audition and was supposed to sing with Saena and Isabella on a Jay-Z and Beyoncé title, "Crazy in love". She did not participate in the Battles of The Voice Kids broadcast on TF1. She withdrew at the last minute. "Due to the health situation, Zineb had to stay in Morocco where she lives," Nikos Aliagas announced during the broadcast. "It’s really a shame because she has an incredible voice," added her coach Louane. Zineb is therefore eliminated from the competition, confirms the TF1 team to Télé Star.
Saena and Isabella, the two other young women who make up the trio had to participate alone to obtain their ticket for the semi-finals. "I’m so proud because they had a difficulty at the last moment. Unfortunately Zineb couldn’t be there so they had to change a lot of things in the song. We send her a big hug," Louane said after their performance.
