Moroccan Consulate in Toulouse Offers Mobile Services to Gers Residents

To provide easy access to consular services to Moroccans residing in Gers, the Moroccan Consulate General in Toulouse organized, on Saturday, a mobile consulate in the city of Auch, as well as throughout the Gers department.
Since the beginning of the year, this is the sixth time such an initiative has been organized for the benefit of the Moroccan community in this region. On Saturday, the MREs were entitled to various consular services such as registration, issuance of passports, national identity cards, legalization of civil status documents, and the issuance of official documents, the consulate said in a statement.
Before the city of Auch, the proximity consular services were organized in the chief towns of the departments of Aude, in Carcassonne in March, Hautes Pyrénées with the city of Tarbes in April, Tarn and Garonne with the city of Montauban in May, and Pyrénées Atlantiques with the city of Pau last June. These mobile consular services and open house days aim to facilitate the task of the MREs and to promote them.
The Consul General of Morocco in Toulouse, Nadya Talmi, took the opportunity to hold meetings with local mayors and officials, representatives of Moroccan associations, and representatives of young talents from the community, as well as Moroccan skills in various sectors of activity.
