Morocco Launches Mobile Consulate Service for Expats in Southern France

To facilitate access to consular services for Moroccans established in the south of France, the Moroccan Consulate General in Montpellier organized a mobile consulate in the Ardèche department last weekend.
This operation is part of the proximity approach advocated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad, according to a statement from the consular representation in Montpellier, cited by the MAP.
On this occasion, several MREs traveled to Privas to take advantage of consular and administrative services, in a proximity action held a few days before the launch of the Marhaba 2022 operation.
This mobile consulate in Ardèche is the second step after the one carried out in Lozère last March. A third is planned in a few days in Perpignan, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, it is pointed out.
