Moroccan Caterers Demonstrate COVID-Safe Protocols to Restart Events Industry

After more than 8 months of waiting, Moroccan caterers want to show the government their ability to resume activities while respecting the health protocol.
Gathered within the Moroccan Federation of Caterers (FMT), these professionals are determined to resume service. They claim to have taken all the necessary measures to be convincing. A simulation of a conference was organized in a hotel in Casablanca. All participants should undergo rapid PCR tests at the entrance with immediate publication of the results to the participants, reports Le360.
In a statement to the press, Mohammed Rahal Essoulami, president of the FMT, said he had gathered all the members of the FMT, from across the national territory, to find solutions capable of ensuring the relaunch of their activity in 2021, after a difficult year 2020. "As you can see, this event is organized under the best safety conditions. We use rapid tests at the entrance, we distribute health kits to the participants, etc.," recalled the FMT official.
