Moroccan Border Zone Boosts Economy, Creates Jobs in Fnideq

Inaugurated in March 2022, the Fnideq commercial zone, intended to revive commercial activity at the border with Ceuta, seems to be keeping its promises. At least that’s what the authorities say.
The Fnideq commercial zone covers an area of 10 hectares and is expected to generate around a thousand jobs. The project aimed to increase the attractiveness of the region and boost the local economy. Nearly two years after its launch, the initiative is proving to be a great success.
The project is part of the economic development program for the M’diq-Fn
