Moroccan Army Colonel Dies from COVID-19 Complications in Rabat

Colonel of the Royal Armed Forces, Moncef Tissir, died on Monday at the military hospital in Rabat, following a Covid-19 infection.
The Moroccan army officer had been admitted, at the beginning of the week, to the intensive care unit of the Duc De Tovar hospital in Tangier.
The regional commander of the Auxiliary Forces in Tangier was kept on artificial respiration for several days, before passing away on Monday, reports the Achkayen website.
His relatives and acquaintances were deeply affected by the sudden disappearance of the Colonel, who had always shown selflessness at work and dedication to the homeland, the same source points out.
