Moroccan-American Scientist Announces 90% Effective COVID-19 Vaccine, Limited US Rollout in December

Moroccan researcher [Moncef Slaoui] announces a 90% effective vaccine against Covid-19. The vaccine will be made available to Americans.
This announcement was made during an interview the researcher gave to CNN. According to Moncef Slaoui, the vaccine’s efficacy rate will be close to 90%. The vaccine will not be available until the end of 2021.
However, a few tens of millions of doses are planned for December 2020/January 2021. Only high-risk individuals will be prioritized. According to the Moroccan researcher’s explanations, a booster shot will have to be given "every year or every two, or even every three years" after the first vaccination.
In total, eight vaccines have been funded under the US Warp Speed program. Five of them are in clinical trials (phase 3). After this stage, these vaccines will go before regulators before being put on the market.
