Missing 14-Year-Old Girl Found in Casablanca After 10-Day Search

Aged 14, the young girl had been missing since February 14, after a report from her family to the Hay Mohammadi police station. "As soon as the child’s disappearance was reported, the Casablanca security elements had started a series of searches and investigations," says the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN), which specifies that "the girl concerned was found at a woman’s house in the Al Falah neighborhood in Casablanca and was returned to her family in the Hay Mohammadi neighborhood."

The exact circumstances of this disappearance are not yet known, and it is also unknown whether the young girl suffered physical violence from the woman at whose house she was found by the police. The investigation is therefore continuing to determine the exact facts.

To recall, the young girl had not given any sign of life since leaving school on February 14, and the parents had posted several videos on social networks to ask for help and beg anyone with information to contact the police.
